Lifting heavy objects and testing my strength has always been a fascination of mine. I picked up my first set of weights when I was 8 years old. Since then weight lifting and fitness of all types and for all benefits has been a way of life for me. There is no better feeling than that of muscles engorged with blood after an intense workout. You have to love that feeling or you can't go through it every day. I have been lifting weights for 8 years off and on. I took my first bench press out of somebody's trash and found an old waterpipe. I attached two weights to it and that was that.
Why I Love It:
I love being the best that I can be and doing the most with what I have been blessed with.
