I want to look HOT! Lose fat (40lbs), gain lean muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to get back to about 135 lbs (size 8)with more lean muscle and less fat. I also want to change my eating habits and stick to a good diet. I want to feel better and look better (HOT). I want to improve my overall health. As a Christian Mom, I know I can be a better mother if I feel good and I'm healthy! ...did I mention my husband is FINE.
Hey! I just wanted to write my first blog! I'm now getting serious about this!(finally!) First, I'm going to confess what hinders me...my diet! I have a few things that I LOVE to eat and drink and they are slowing my progress considerably. So, I need to consider these things treats...
I just dropped by to see how you are doing. The way may seem long but taken a little at a time it is not unsurmountable. Hope you have an absolutely wonderful July 4th.
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.

Congrats to you. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and chose to follow Body for Life, which is a 12-week program. It is not super easy but at the same time it is not so hard that you won’t be able to accomplish your goals. Believe in your own inner strength and use your friends, your fellow BB.com’ers or even my wife or me if you want as your sounding boards and support systems as you make this happen.

Why dont you join us in the lean body challenge? Monday the 7th is the last day for registration. I took some before pic just to see and wow are they sobering. I wont post them until I have an improvement in the next one I take. Keep in touch

Thanks K! I just checked out your profile & I think it's wonderful that you're taking some time for yourself to take care of your body--I'm sure that's difficult with 3 kids, but you can do it!!! And I'll be here to cheer you on!

K -- Thanks you are my first friend on bodyspace - the other friend is my husband so he doesnt count :-) We can encourage each other along the way. I have four kids - the youngest just started kindergarten so I finally have my days to myself! Good luck and stay in touch!!!
