I have always worked out for sports in high school.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I am always trying to improve on what god gave me. There is nothing like going to work out and watch your body change(for the better) and I love the pump!

I have started a new workout . I am working on bringing my traps up alot more to help my neck look bigger. So i am doing traps twice a week now on day one and day four.

Today I an going to the doctor to get my back adjusted. I have tweeked something around the shoulder area. This has been a problem in the pass I hope it does become a pain in my butt again.
