During Highschool it was just a way to stay in shape. .

I just enjoy pushing myself.I'm not really looking to compete but just to be in good shape and to do well at the sports i play
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm pretty competitive, i just want to try to be the best i can be at everything i do, lifting weights included. John Wooden said that if you have it in your heart to work twice as hard, then do it NOW!

I just found out! I'm upset b/c I'm out, LOL! I guess they are reformulating it! They did the same thing with NO Shotgun in the past too! I guess when a supplement is so potent, they check it out, dont know! but it will be very different!! :(

standard boxing and jiujitsu training and 12 hour work shifts with running up and down machine lines that are 600 yards long and have stairs at both ends and i eat perfect 6 days a week and i cheat with peanuts and honey
