im tryin man, my first time diet was successful, now im tryin to mass up and stay lean but its harder that I thought gaining size with out near as much of the fat!!!!
I might post my whole diet in a blog. I really like it. I don't count my carbs or fat. I do count protein and shoot for around 300grams in 7-8 small meals/shakes.
I am only eating complex carbs except right after I lift. Then I TRY to stop all carbs by 6pm and just straight protein after that.
I use to eat pretty clean but a lot of carbs and I was big like 225lb and strong. I am about 205 now on this cut. I don't want to get skinny.
