It was my pleasure to offer my support. I believe we can all use a positive comment every now and then. Fitness is like a marathon run rather than a short sprint but one of the great things about it is that after a short while the benefits will start showing themselves and provide extra motivation as you continue forward. Andrew, if u wana get into strongman-now's a good time! The sport is growing fast!! Start some deadlifts, squats and overhead presses. Don't forget some core/ab work too for injury prevention and performance enhancement! Goto the bb.com mainpage and check out Uber Strength!

I see nothing on your page he prouve to me , you do something for lose weight or doing a workout...IF YOU WHANT TO CHANGE THAT BODY YOU NEED TO WORK FOR IT...a good diet and a minimum of training...put some info on your page...follow my sample, i know what it is.........good luck...
