I would appreciate and regard it as an honor if you would consider putting me on your “members that inspire list.” I am trying to work my way up the most inspirational ladder so that other amputees and people with handicaps can feel motivated and inspired to work out. So many handicapped people feel as though they can’t get into shape and I want them to know that they can.

My advice is to not fad diet and train, but to do things the right way with solid good diet with right balance of carbs (starch & fiberous) and lean proteins, cardio, weight routines and a good supplement stack to promote natural growth... As a natural athelete I will tell you its the only way to go... Keep up the good work and don't get discouraged.
