How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Usually 10 reps per set. Not sure why... That's just what I've always done.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
60 seconds or less. It keeps the heart rate up and allows for more fat burning.

4 weeks down out of 8 weeks without a cheat meal... This seems to be having its ups and downs... I'm not seeing  quite as good results as I was hoping for after 4 weeks... but hopefully the next 4 will go well... and be a little easier...
