Goal (Long):
I have lost a significant amount of weight at one point in my life but gained it all back and some more. I've been a size 8 and a size 19, now I am doing my best to lose it and keep it off for good!
I am tired of being fat and out of shape. Now I have decided to lose the weight as if my life depended on it.
One other thing I will mention about P90X, the first month is hard. It's still hard the second month but it's getting easier. I don't mean to say it discouragingly I just don't want you to think you have to keep up to those crazy people on the dvd. lol When you try it out let me know how it went! :)
Hey girl! P90X is absolutely worth the money. You get the best "bang for your buck" so to speak in the workouts. You sound like you may need something to get you out of your plateau. It's not an easy program but it works! :)
Hi Hazel! Thanks for taking the time to read my blog! While cardio is important, I am thinking you need to really hit the resistance or weight training. Which is proven to lean people out. I just trained one young lady here in the desert for 4 months. She only lost 4 pounds, but dropped 8% body fat and 3 inches off her waist. She was already muscular and responded very well to the weights! You look great and have done spectacular work already, so stay the course!
thanks Hazel. That was from our trip to the beach with my wife's brother. the one on the right is my only one, but her cousins (the other two) are like siblings to her. How are things going?
Thanks for stopping by! Just sweating here in the desert. But at least I am getting in some good training! Don't fear the scale, but don't worry about it either. I personally like the mirror to figure out how I am progressing.
Hiya! I'm doing well despite trying to work through injury problems....I don't give up without a fight! Looking forward to a short vacation in a few weeks and get in some R&R. How are you doing with your goal...what are your latest stats?

its funny, not being happy makes us look older too. i have plenty of pictures of old me and I hardly ever smiled, are older people supposed to be unhappy?
