I want to lose 15 More pounds by my 35th birthday ON DEC,11
Goal (Long):
I have lost a significant amount of weight at one point in my life but gained it all back and some more. I've been a size 8 and a size 19, now I am doing my best to lose it and keep it off for good!
I am tired of being fat and out of shape. Now I have decided to lose the weight as if my life depended on it.
Thank you for taking the time to wish me pleasant holidays! Although I am in the Desert at the moment, it is messages like yours that help me to remember why I do what I do!
Thanks for such a nice post to my blog. You have done amazing work, and that is already registered in the history books. Every day is a new challenge, and you most definitely are tackling each day like a champion!
Wow, thanks for all your wonderful photo comments. My primary photographer is Tomek Czechowski. He is originally form Poland but now works out of Germany. He is very creative and pushed me to expand beyond the world outside of bodybuilding photography.
hi how are you??? i was off the wagon for some months but not letting anything be an excuse anymore!!! so been back at it for a week now :) how is your progress going???
Definitely consider it. The slight shock of being a little low will help the weight move, but you don't stay low carb too long and lose muscle and your body doesn't shut off the fat burning process.
Do you have slightly higher carb days and lower carb days? This can be done in a variety of ways. Most people will have higher carbs on weight training days and lighter on non-weight days. Or they do variation of 3-5 days high and then 1-2 days low. This isn't a massive difference about but 200 or so calories.
Hi Hazel! What's your game plan for those next 15 lbs? By the way, you have done an amazing job of getting to here and keeping yourself fit. Hard work and determination revealed.
I just stopped by to wish you all the best as you work towards your fitness goals. You hare showing tremendous determination and strength of spirit and are a true inspiration. I look forward to watching your continuing progression. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
