Hey it's great to see another Houstonian here on body-space! Judging by your progress pictures you have really done a great job and I applauded your determination. WOW the half marathon that’s awesome I have been wanted to do it for a while now! My father and I volunteer every year to help out the Houston Aramco Half-Marathon I wonder if we were one of the groups who handed you your shirts (they were grey this last year)!

Its going really well. I'm gonna change up my workout routine alittle. I had a great workout this morning and did things that I haven't done in a long time. Well your looking good so keep it up. And you sound like your having fun. Have fun this weekend.
