A little time off.
Posted in Training : Apr 14, 2011 8:41amMy last work out was Tuesday night and I just wasn't feeling it. Tuesday was triceps/abs day which I normally look forward to. I even skipped Monday which is legs day and my favorite workout of the week. I'm behind in school work, I feel like there's somethings around the house that I've been slacking on and I'm sure my husband would like some attention, too! My next work out will be tomorrow but it's supposed to be a short intro to Crossfit. I am really excited and nervous about it. I have been watching tons of videos on it lately and it looks intense and maybe the change will help me out

Today is my 6 weeks, which is half of the 12 week transformation. I haven't lost as much weight as I thought I would, still only down about 4 pounds. I didn't have much to lose to begin, I guess this was more about toning up and less about a number. My upper body responds so well and my lower body doesn't do a thing. I know I am working it out, I can feel it the next three days but I do not see any difference. Only fitting into a pair of jeans I haven't worn in a long time but I want to see some cuts in the legs! I am thinking about changing my routine and trainin
