Just catching up with everyone. I've been off the sight for a while. Been trying new eating habits and traing. I feel Great. Changing my workouts about every 6 weeks. I also added in outdoor activities: track and Hiking. I have this endless supply of energy now.

Sorry for the long delay in responding (red my last blog). I have been doing pretty well. I am ahead of schedule at 191lbd. I was looking at hitting that in December.
Your latest picks look great. man, it is amazing what a few weeks can mean in the bodies appearance.

I am sorry for my late response. But thank you for checking in in me.
Life sometimes throws a rock or two in the mix and I have been dealing with that.
But, the gym has actually help me deal with it all. I and closer to my goal of 200 lbs than I e very planned. I am hoping to do my first show in April 08, and compete through out the year. How are your goals coming. You are definitely loosing wight. But, who is the inner you doing as well.

How in the .... does he do it. Man, he must be the fastest truck driver around to get home to you.
Then again that kind of "stress" must give you drive to workout.
I am usually there early (3:30 am)because of my schedule. But I come later on my off days.
This is a passion I just can't let go of. It is erotic as sex, and as peacefully as a walk in the park, all at once.
Know what I mean.
What Time are you there as well.
