agaist extreme odds this person has pulled through that is enough to motivate anyone who says or makes excuses as to why they cant accomplish their fitness goals
all right i have been working hard eating right course i do have a day every 2 weeks where 1 meal gets ruined for the most part i eat right everyday. I try and take in the right amount of protein low carb. im trying to maintain weight while loosing body fat is this an impossible mission should...

Yeah, I think it's just one of those things you have to look at in the bigger picture and remember that it's a completely different lifestyle than what most everyone around you is living. But it can be done...it's just food...we control it LOL Well hope you stick with it from here on out :)
