all right i have been working hard eating right course i do have a day every 2 weeks where 1 meal gets ruined for the most part i eat right everyday. I try and take in the right amount of protein low carb. im trying to maintain weight while loosing body fat is this an impossible mission should...
yeah man i try to incorporate deadlift once a week into my routine, either on leg day or back day since it is great for working both muscle groups, hope this helps
I don't do a lot of cardio but I am very focused on the diet. 6 meals a day all clean, with protien, a complex carb and a fruit or veggie in each meal.
Hey there, to answer your question...unfortunately no. I have not been doing work. Instead I have been doing some major slacking, soon I will be back on track though. How is your training coming along?
