Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I was running cross country in grade 7, and i competed in a 4k race. I ended up finishing 8th, and i was very upset. After that day my i told my coach and she recommended me doing lots of pushups and situps. After that day i continued to do these excercises up until 9th grade. Then i hit the weight room :) Now i workout extremely hard with weights and still do pushups/situps, i run, bike and play A TON of hockey.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Working out is the best feeling ever because when you are training for a sport you are always competing with someone else. I love pushing my self to the limit because it shows great results in my physcial apperance and gives me that extra edge in hockey.

My Motivation Program

i stay motivated when i watch someone else workout and get stronger. I idolized Zack Parise of the New jersey devils because he is such a hard worker and it pays off for him. He gives it everythinng when hes out there EVERY shift and that is why he is a champion in my opinion. I want to be the best in hockey and look the best. It takes alot of hard work to be the best in hockey but i can always control how hard i work.
