Hey man, just curious to know what you thought of the p6 extreme? Any gains? I just ordered some and was wondering if you stacked it with anything. Thanks, and nice shirt.

Checked out your progress pics and your sleeve moved arms in one of the photos. And I thought, "How in the F#$% did he do that?" Figured it out, but that's good trickery! keep up the gains.

To be the most efficient with lifting to build mass, should I have a rep range of 8-12 or more like 4-8? What about hitting my large muscle groups twice a week? whenever you have a minute. Thanks

You are nuts! I just checked out your progress pics and you gain and drop weight like a pregnant woman (that was the best analogy I could come up, I mean no harm whatsoever). Kudos to you! And anyone who has the guts to compete has my vote!

If Panda Express does "that" to your backside, I recommend you go there more. Maybe get a sponsor from them for a competition! j/k Nice work, its motivating.

Looks like you have come a long way. I live on the VBC and am surrounded by MP's just wondering if that's you? I'm new to this so just making some contacts. Good luck, it's look you are well on your way!

I just checked out your progress pics and what a successful journey! From start to competition. It must really take some guts to do that. I am new to the site and am just doing a little networking in the cities area (I'm from SLP). Once again, congrats.

Wow, I read your profile story. That's amazing. Most of the females are looking to drop that baby weight. I'm new to this, and I see you may be also so I'm just networking. Train hard

It was descent. Not great b/c I have a total of 3 guys in my lifting group and it just takes too long. I lose pumps, get fatigued and am in the gym for generally just too long. I'm also struggling with if I want to put pounds on my gut while I bulk or to try and do it slowly so I can be leaner. Any tips?
