I got tired of being soo frickin skinny. I was 133lbs at 5' 9" as a sophmore in highschool and I just wanted to get bigger so I look better. I started developing like I thought I never could so I decided to give Bodybuilding a shot.

My current workout setup is a slight variation of the DC training program. I've never used a program before that made me focus on lifting heavier every week, so it is a tremendous switch up over what i used to do. I've had great gains on it, so i'm sticking with it for a while. My current...
Welcome and you've certainly proved your point about hard work and results. U stay healthy and motivated and not much out there to stop you from your weight and BF goals NOR becoming a future star in this sport. Fun ride ahead to keep an eye on. Andre
