A Mate was doing weights for boxing and i thought i would give it a go and once i got hooked i noticed that i was losing weight and looking a bit better.
Why I Love It:
Because evertime i workout it gives me time to think and all my stress seems to go away once i workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
A few other mates i know do it as well and well just trying to get stronger then they are so i try harder and harder.

after i finished shedding the last bits of my fat and before i decided to bulk
Every second day or sometimes third day i do:
Bench:10x95kg 3 sets.
Biceps:10x35kg 4 sets barbell curls
Legs:10x95kg 4 sets squats.
Pecs:20x30kg 3 sets machine pec flys.
lats:10x30kg 3 sets lat pulldowns.
I also work my forearms with wrist curls front and back and my traps if i have...
not bad man i am going good. finally getting places and liking it big time. dunno whether i will bother updating much on here, this joint is a bit so so these days.
same man, i dont post on here any more, this site sucks now. in other news, my weight has gone up and so has my strength now squatting 100Kg (not including the bar), and i weigh 84Kg now, so things looking up.
yeh man u lost weight but u lucky got more muscle mass, i prob lost a fiar bit of mine when i did all my cardio and dieting to lose weight. i hopin in a few months to have had some decent changes to my physique. then i may enter.
haha na man i dont look good enough to win suimthing like that, plus i cant even get much in the way of good gains so i dont think so. maybe in a few more years possibly??
man i am consistant, i train 5 days a week, i never skip. i do 5 day split. i keep at it, and as for diet, i gettin 3000+ cals. i dont know why i havent even got a single tiny gain yet.
btw man goin by ur pic for ur weight ur pretty well built man! how u do it? i lost the fat then tried building muscle no i get told i shoulda hav stayed fat and trieds to build the muscle.
dude i hav read them, i done what they say, before i used this i used to use bb.com main page a lot, then i joined up last year in like october. i lost weight but hav never gained anything bak. and i am sick of the morons on here like those in the forum who posted at me. man i am sick of being made the bad guy al the time.
