When I Started:
Sep, 2005
How I Started:
I was totally disgusted at how big I had let myself get. I decided that enough was enough! I started by just changing my eating habits and how I thought about food.
Why I Love It:
Our bodies are meant to move and be active. It's just such a satisfying feeling!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard sometimes. There are ups and downs, but I just remind myself how far I have come and how much better I feel. I also like to think of my body as my temple, treat it well!
I want to lose 30lbs and gain muscle definition - I want to be proud of my body next summer!
Goal (Long):
I have lost alot of weight, which is why it frustrates me to see how much work I still have to do. I am determined to shed the last 30lbs by fine tuning my workouts and eating habits. hey you sexy bitch! only a few more days! I don't think the world can handle us together, bring your gym clothes and i'll get you a guest pass for the week you are here, so we can ummm... burn off the alcohol calories lol!
You have all of the inner strength that you need to achieve your goals. I received my much-needed transformation by following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and although not super easy it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I believe that if you challenge yourself to be the best that you can be the results will be well worth the effort. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
Thanks for visiting my page...I don't know, I see some good pipes in your last profile pic...You are in the middle of an amazing transformation. Keep up the great work!
