When I Started:
Apr, 2005
How I Started:
I half heartedly worked out in Texas with a few buddies of mine, but never got serious about it...and it showed. I started doing some contract work in Afghanistan early 2005 and have been here for 2 years and counting. There's not a whole lot else to do over here except work and work out, and so I have made it my goal to get in the best shape possible. And now two years later I am very satisfied with my progress and am looking to continue to improve over the rest of my career here, and in the future.
Why I Love It:
The sense of accomplishment that you get after months of hard training. Body building is something that you have to take pride in...otherwise you're just like the other guy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Hearing comments and compliments from friends and family! I never get tired of hearing, "Hey, you've been working out haven't you?"
BB Accomplishments:

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
Hope you made it back from Afganistan safely kiddo. Keep it strong!
