I wouldn't call them bodybuilding accomplishments. 12 semi pro fights in 3 yrs all won by way of knockout or TKO before the 6th round. (8 months out of making my debut pro bout I dislocated a vertebret in my neck causing nerve damage down my right arm.)
Just trying to get back where I was about a year or 2 ago.
Goal (Long):
Ok so here's my story.
I'm seriously thinking about getting back into the ring despite what doctors say (what do they know, right? lol). I just started hitting the gym seriously again about 3 months ago for the first time since i got hurt (I'll tell you if you ask, this is already going to be long enough) . Im there at least 5 days a week and doing my old routines just not quite as intense. At 18, my contending weight was 218 & 12-15% bodyfat (I was training to be a boxer not Mr. Olympia). I hit 400 lbs on bench, 320 on power clean, and I was closing in on 600 on squat. It was all natural for he most part, a little andro here and there plus a few old school blends from my 66 year old trainer (sometimes I thought he was a mad scientist), but that was it. I more or less want my power clean, squat, explosivness, agility and speed to get back to about where they were. It just scares the hell out of me when I think about bench pressing 400 lbs and my arm giving out, so I don't want to push it. When I started back I was at like 218-220 but lets just say not quite the same 218. Ive already dropped down to between the 205-210 mark. About a week or 2 into starting back up I sat down and told myself "Man, your back at square one." That was one of the hardest reality checks I've ever experienced. So yeah, I hope to get back to where I was and i think I can do it, and I really would appreciate the support from all you guys, so hit me up some time.

Right now I'm trying to lean out until i get to a dead even and consistant 200 lbs as (toned as possible). I started this the last couple of weeks in December and I think i'll go through February. I've done it many times in the past, & it's pretty intense. This workout is designed to keep...
