I don't really like making big changes though. Hard to get clothes to fit how I like it. Then you mess around and you can't get your neck through a tshirt. Whole new wardrobe. Hate shopping.

Not sure where I'm at. Typical methods always place me a levels that are not survivable.
I usually just go with the mirror. Once I'm looking beastly after the morning shower and at party time I'm good.
Wanna try and add some more mass next year though.

Right now, no direct trap work, but I deadlift twice a week. One day conventional, other day Romanian.
In my beginner days, Dumbbell Shrugs (till I outgrew the weight), Close-Upright Rows (before they were denounced), Barbell Shrugs, Deadlift.
I'd throw in some wide barbell shurgs and incline shrugs every now and then. I usually go heavy, 8 reps or less, with perfect form. Once in a while I would hit higher reps.

Between August on now, I've done 45 minutes of running, total. Don't really have the time to spare right now.
The old man passed on his beast legs as well. With that I also have a handle of what exercises and rep ranges best for me.
