What kind of leg excercises did you do to get such impressive size and definition on your legs? I'm trying to add more mass to my legs. Do you just lift really heavy with basic excercises like squats, leg presses, and lunges? any help would be appreciated!!
Yeah, legs are important I dont have legs like yours, but I definately dont ignore them. What you said about sunlight cracked me up, I know, im a pasty basterd. :) Take care man, good luck in your training.
don't have much of a routine..i do the basic calf raise..squats and a pray that the mickey mouse legs my father pass onto me will gone in a year or two

No I missed the gym in the AM and had to be somewhere after work. It is easier for me on some days to go there instead of LA Fitness on Miami Gardens. That is if I am not going home right away. What about you?
