this picture was taken this morning before work. I decided to take one after my first week of training. I'm hoping to get a little more size by the third week. in this picture i'm at 160
(sorry this picture came out a bit dark, i'm getting a real camera soon) ...oh yeah..i got my first tattoo, awesome!

I'm ok with results. Eating a lot but good /semi clean food while at the same time working on my abs legs and all. tell you the truth , i'm just experimenting on myself to see what i can do with my body and stuff...its always work in progress.
