How I Started:
I was tired of being the rutt of the group (family) i looked up to my older brothers who worked out all the time.
Why I Love It:
It's the best. Keeps me healthy and strong like a shark..haha. The awesome pumps i get after each set.
I've been seeing alot of improvement over the last few months since i've started. This site is one of if not the greatest motivation site on the internet ever. I'm tryin my hardest to accomplish my goals.My goals are never ending....there's always one after another.I truly love the sport and i've incorporated it as part of my life.I couldn't be more happier than being in a gym where i'm in my total element.
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing i'm doing this for myself and seeing how far i can push my body.
The people here on Bodyspace are my other source of motivation. Motivation is second nature to me....it's just there....more of is just a bonus. I don't take anyone or anything for granted. Life is short and i want to see what is out there and the best way to do that is to be healthy: physically and mentally.

Goal (Long):
It seems that i'm finding myself at the gym most of the time after work. I have many goals and i'm trying a few at a time, that way i don't lose focus. My goal this year 2008, is to build more muscle and sort of lean down but not too much before summer. I've never taken supplements and don't plan to in the future. My goal is to weight train 100% natural.Nutrition for Health and Fitness was one of my majors in school. I've been applying what i've learned to my training and diet and so far it's been awesome! I can't believe the results i've been seeing. My friends and others ask me all the time what supplements i take. I tell them 'zero' nothing. I just eat the right foods and listen to how my body responds.

Im actually home in NC for the holidays so hopefully i can stay focused seem like i pretty much get out of my routine and struggle a bit when i come home to visit the parents. You work two major muscle groups in 1 day? I'd split those up bro, much better results. By time you work one of the major groups properly, you are glycogen depleted and the next group will suffer and the first does not start recovery as fast. Just my opinion. Im not doing much today, work is extremely busy and I think Im taking today off the gym. Down another pound today so Im really enjoying the new diet and routine.
Spin class was GREAT! Spin instructor she is actually up here her name is Turbomeka and she keeps my cardio up! Very challenging but I love it. I had a long work week so I’m def ready for the weekend. Trying to make it through these holidays .Def good to hear you put in that work in the Gym but you know what your the BEAST ….GYM Shark so I def wouldn’t expect nothing less from you homie. Train hard..stay in touch and enjoy whats left of the week……
Hey Bro, still trying to lift heavy, but I started cutting last week, cant handle being so heavy. Already down 5lbs so Im pretty happy about that which is motivating me again. Hows things with you?
Whats up man, Ive been getting my ass kicked with finals these past 2 weeks, but luckily my priorities have kept me in the weight room lifting heavy. i HIT 765 for 4 reps on legs press, deep!! And my bulk is slowly putting on some much needed weight. How have you been brother?
You speak the truth homie the more you eat the harder you work out. I have been trying to go hard this week hopefully I can tell the difference. I got my spin class in the morning and looking forward to that burn some more calories. I’m sure your doing your thing congrats with the putting on size def. I think Thanksgiving got the best of me not sure how much damage i did haven't stepped on the scale yet. I did do some cardio this weekend elliptical and ran some games of bball.This week to try and recoop some I'm hitting spin class in the morning. Probably hit full body the rest of this week and double up on the cardio with 2-a-days I fill terrible right now!. Sorry about your calve try not to over work it make sure you rest it. How is your week looking with training and all?
hey shark. How you been? Haven't been on here much the last couple months, been so busy, but wanted to check back in and see how my buds is doin. Been at the gym, but not hitting it super hard. Hoping to hit it full force now that things are slowing down some.
Thats sweet man, enjoy it! My legs workouts are crazy. I don;t know what I did different this week, but my legs have been sore for like a week after a workout! I love it, finally I feel like my legs are getting some much needed growth! Have a good Thanksgiving brother!

Things are going pretty good, just coming to the end of this little bulker I was doing. I think Ive added about 4-5lbs in the last 3 months so I'll work with that and I'd like to start cutting again when I get back from Vegas next week. I dont like walking around with this extra weight, I want to get back into single digits again. Roughly 14-15% now.
