the supplements that i found added strength and muscle faster were creatine, nitrix, no-xplode and cell mass. they all worked really well for me and def gave me acelerated results.

well i didnt do anything out of the ordinary. basically hit chest once a week. did 5 sets of 8-10 flat bench, 5 sets of 8-10 incline dumbell press, 5 sets of 8-10 of decline barbell press, and then either the pec dec for 3-5 sets or the cable fly's.
