When I Started: Sep, 2004
How I Started: I took a look in the mirror 2.5 yrs ago and said to myself,"damn bro you look anorexic." After that point I started lifting and taking basic supplements and the passion jsut grew and grew. It's the best thing I ever did and I absolutely LOVE bb'ing now. I also like the sport and follow the pro's career's.
Why I Love It: I think Arnold said best when he said that the pump is like an orgasm. I absolutely love the pump. Also, I kinda look at it like an art form. To sculpt and manipulate my body in diff ways by doing diff excercises.
How I Stay Motivated: Different bodybuilding movies, different songs from Rocky Themes or Different hardcore rock or rap songs. However, mostly after the first month or 2 of bbing and seeing results that's all the motivation I needed.
BB Accomplishments: Well, I haven't competed yet. However, I take great pride in the fact that 2yrs ago I was 150lbs and now i'm 195 or so. With 6% bf it's been all muscle gain prety much. What's more is I've never been able to eat solid foods. I have no small intestines I only drinkn these total nutrition shakes. That's all I've ever been able to "eat" and all I can ever "eat" so gaining 40 lbs of muscle in 2 yrs for me was extra special.
