Hey dude. Just checked out your pre-fatiguing idea. How did your lifts after fatiguing compare to lifts without it? 225's impressive, nonetheless, but what could you lift without fatiguing?
got it, but if your fatiguing your chest muscles before your chest workout, wouldnt your stabilizing muscles be forced to more of the work since your chest is like giving out sooner than your tris and your shoulders? sorry if Im sounding like a noob, Ive just never done pre-fatiguing before but Ive heard that people have and its worked out
hey brah, was checkin out your bodyblog and the chest routine. whats the point of fatiguing the chest (flies), before you start bench pressing. why not just burnout with flies and cable crosses at the end of your workout? that way you can still lift big on the flat + incline + decline barbell press and not worry about your muscles giving out. appreciate the feedback and major respect for a great build!
