This was taken on vacation a year later and I started to improve and get a little more defined and bigger

This was also taken on vacation in 2006. The size was coming on but not quality muscle yet. I realized lighter training and gradual progession for heavy weight was the key for definition, so I started!

I'm starting to see more vacularity and a harder look due to more strict lighter weight training (If you want to call 405 lbs deads for reps and 105 lbs seated dumbell shoulder presses light weight LOL)
