How I Started:
I wanted to put on some size after holding my weight for so long as a wrestler and martial artist. I ballooned from my 119 fighting/wrestling weight to 160 in one year! MY BODY WAS TAKEN OVER BY THE IRON!
Why I Love It:
I love the eating, the regimented schedule and the pain!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing tiny little improvements that are only noticeable to me; conversely I motivate myself by recognizing flaws that I know exist and can be erased through hard work. "To be the best, you have got to train to beat the best"

Why I like this video: The video always gets me pumped to train! Besides the fact that Levrone is one of the best and STRONGEST ever! When you wanna give someone a compliment on their shoulders tell them that they got Kevin Levrone delts, of course you will be embelishing a lil, but it always makes them feel good! Bowling ball delts! Haha
I heat ya.. I love competing been so long since I have been on stage. Finally hit my 300 lb mark and said after a year of being 300 and training my butt off I will get back on stage! Can't wait to show them some NATURAL MUSCLE WITH MASS!!
