Background

When I Started: Nov 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I have four children and my energy is so low. I just 'exist'. The more I learned and researched about my health through work the more it became evident that I needed to make a change!

WHY I LOVE IT:

It is such a stress relief. I just go into a serene state while I'm working out.

Motivation

I don't know where to find the motivation anymore. I'm so tired anymore and my focus is on my children way more than myself. I'm trying to keep the five of them happy and work on my marriage and keep my stressful job under control. I don't know how to juggle all these roles and then workout. I don't even have the energy to cook seperate meals for myself anymore. Maybe I'm try this new website. http://mediocremom.com. It will teach me tons of ways to up my parenting skills and hopefully keep my children more occupied and happier so I can make time to go to the gym. Need inspiration.
