The diet is about self control in my experience but I always get snacks and treats for mental relief. If I feel I'm eating too much junk I tend to put extra effort in the gym. I always try not to go overboard on each end of the spectrum. Not too much junk food and not too much exercise that I burn myself out and want to skip gym.

Yep chances are that's one thing you need to up some protein. Do you lift weights 6 days a week or do you do cardio? I always get nice results when I tend to keep a certain range of motion when I target specific muscles. I'll check back in like 2 1/2 hours. Off to do the first leg day of the week.

Thanks Ms. Kitty, I would help out you anytime. I get constantly asked throughout the middle of my workout in my gym but never by somebody who's easy on the eyes like yourself ,but I always try to fill out small criterias in the gym. How often do you hit the gym?
