Goals and contingencies are important. But they exist in the future and the past, beyond the pale of the sensory realm. Practice (the path of mastery) exists only in the present. You can see it, hear it, smell it, feel it. To love the plateau is to love the eternal now, to enjoy the inevitable spurts of progress and the fruits of accomplishment, then serenely to accept the new plateau that waits just beyond them. The diet is about self control in my experience but I always get snacks and treats for mental relief. If I feel I'm eating too much junk I tend to put extra effort in the gym. I always try not to go overboard on each end of the spectrum. Not too much junk food and not too much exercise that I burn myself out and want to skip gym.
Yep chances are that's one thing you need to up some protein. Do you lift weights 6 days a week or do you do cardio? I always get nice results when I tend to keep a certain range of motion when I target specific muscles. I'll check back in like 2 1/2 hours. Off to do the first leg day of the week.
Thanks Ms. Kitty, I would help out you anytime. I get constantly asked throughout the middle of my workout in my gym but never by somebody who's easy on the eyes like yourself ,but I always try to fill out small criterias in the gym. How often do you hit the gym?
