When I Started: Nov, 2005
How I Started: I started working out seriously with diet and routines in November 2005. I had spent the better part of 2 years figuring it all out and learning from others at the gym. Once I started training hard, nobody could take the gym away from my daily schedule.
Why I Love It: I like to see results in anything I do, and I get that satisfaction first hand from working out. And ... the compliments don't hurt either ;).
