I want to completely change my physique, so I can show off what I got!!
Goal (Long):
I've been spending the last year or so in limbo, deciding whether to lift or run more. It's gotten to the point where I changed my eating habits so much, I began binge eating to counter. Now that my deployemnt is coming to a close, I want to start over, I want to lift and change my body. I want to be in control of my cravings, I want to be in control.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 25 lb

It's been 5 months in the desert, and I realize that I've been slacking on weight training the whole time. I've gained weight, and not the good kind. I'm not sure how this happened, but that's in the past. Today is a new day, and a new beginning. 

I've just started hitting the gym...

You have the inner strength needed to achieve your goals and just have to believe in your ability to make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be. I wish you success and am here if you want to talk.
