I want to completely change my physique, so I can show off what I got!!
Goal (Long):
I've been spending the last year or so in limbo, deciding whether to lift or run more. It's gotten to the point where I changed my eating habits so much, I began binge eating to counter. Now that my deployemnt is coming to a close, I want to start over, I want to lift and change my body. I want to be in control of my cravings, I want to be in control.
It's been 5 months in the desert, and I realize that I've been slacking on weight training the whole time. I've gained weight, and not the good kind. I'm not sure how this happened, but that's in the past. Today is a new day, and a new beginning.
