When I Started:
How I Started: I have been working out for about nine years but in the last couple of years I have started to do bodybuilding.
Why I Love It: I love to push myself and see my body change.
How I Stay Motivated: I am competitive person and I feel like I have a lot of room for improvement.
BB Accomplishments: I got 3rd place(Lightweight) at the 2007 NPC Kentucky Muscle Show, it was the best I have looked since I started bodybuilding. Earlier in the year, I got 4th place at the 2007 NPC Northern KY.(Middleweight)
I got 3rd place at the 2007 NPC Indianapolis Championships.(Middleweight)This show was just a couple of months after the No. Ky show.

Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): My goal is to compete in the 2009 Northern Kentucky contest and have a high placing.
Goal (Long): I want to be leaner and just look better than my previous contests. My abs and legs especially need to be leaner. I am taking 2008 off to work on gaining more lean muscle and Not Fat!

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Same workout as bicep.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
I just do one calf exercise, either standing or seated raises. I have calves so they are not a priority.

I really don't work forearms. They get a workout when I do biceps.
