Workout Program:
I am starting a new workout for 2009. Three days a week, I am doing a circuit of kettlebell swings and cleans, pushups, squats, and crunches with intervals of shadowboxing using Muay Thai kickboxing drills. Three other days a week, I am going to the gym for circuits of cardio machines (rower, treadmill, bike, elliptical), switching machines every 10-20 minutes. All of my weight training is high-rep for conditioning and weight loss rather than size.
