Always been active. Sedentary job and undisciplined lifestyle led to weight gain
Why I Love It:
Working out leaves me energized, relaxed, and positive and not working out would leave me looking like Jabba the Hutt.
How I Stay Motivated:
It was easy to stay motivated when I competed in sports. It is much harder now that I am just working out. I am hoping for positive encouragement, inspiraion, and motivation on this site.
BB Accomplishments:
Just doing it regularly is enough.

I have taken my workout outdoors to take advantage of the summer heat. I am using TRX straps to do pushups, rows, curls, and triceps extensions, my trusty kettlebell to do swings, snatches, and cleans, and then finishing up with sprints around a school track. It feels great to change things up...
I am starting a new workout for 2009. Three days a week, I am doing a circuit of kettlebell swings and cleans, pushups, squats, and crunches with intervals of shadowboxing using Muay Thai kickboxing drills. Three other days a week, I am going to the gym for circuits of cardio machines...

Hey thanks for stopping by. Yes trying to lean out some more to have a six pack for August surfing. Can't wait, not sure whether for the surfing or the abs to show though! LOL!
