The rig has a weight machine with cables and stuuf that blows. I just mainly do variations of pushups, some dips and pullups and thats about it for two weeks. That makes it hard to put on much muscle.
Yeah man, with no experiance you can get hired on as a roustabout, who pretty much just hooks **** to the crane ball all day. My company is currently not hiring at the moment, because the market is in kinda of a lull. But some other offshore companies you can check with offshore are: TransOcean, Pride Drilling, Rowan, Ensco, Noble Drilling, SeaDrill and a couple others. GL.
Lol good **** mate, just make it your life remember I said all I did was play cod2 online all day and eat ****, so I needed a change gym was my church bro make it the only thing you think about when you eat make sure your eating for the gym. You'll do good man.

I did it a silly way but it was very effective I was taking in about 200 calories a day and I was burning off 300-500 a day 5 days a week I didnt get sick because I was so overweight that my body had alot of stored energy to take from

The book "How to sleep less and have more energy" is great. Just read the whole thing (except maybe the last chapter on sleeping disorders if you don't have one).

I think ill hit the V Diet for maybe 2 weeks, i really want the gut as small as poss before xmas, and more importantly, my bulk.
I still cant shift the last few pounds off my stomach though.
With the success of the first V Diet, i think i'll do it again before xmas. Problem is i have school now, so i would have to carry around the shakes in my bag. Clumpy whey heaven.

But i think it was around the 25th June. Afterwards i added in 2 solid meals a day, oatmeal for breakfast and a tuna sandwich or something for tea, then about 2 weeks after i finished the diet i continued losing weight, my metabolism was fine and ive lost another 8lb since.
