I am an athlete and I decided to incorporate weight training to my list of sports. Plus being in the career that I am in. I better damn well be in shape and look good...hell ya!!!

No seriously it is probably looking around and seeing other people look good that truly motivates me and that I want to look good also.

hey, i messaged you before about taking fubar along with purple k, i just had one more question and your inbox was full so, yeah.
what kind of diet would work best with this. right now i'm taking in a lot of calories, not enough to put on weight, but i'm not cutting either. i'm eating lots of protein as well. should i save my purple k for my winter bulk or would it work okay with my 'maintenance diet'.

I used to go to TAC when I was at Western...awesome gym! Try the further one down Wonderland next to Loblaws..they have a pool!
btw..how are you finding Sub-Q..I just started it.
