How I Started:
Wrestling coaches in High school made me start squatting, deadlifting and other compound movements my freshman year.
Why I Love It:
I couldn't image living any other way.

Always trying to redfine myself, my lifting and my running.

I want to hit 8% bodyfat or under. When I last tested I was at 11.7%
Goal (Long):
Complete leaness. Under 8% bodyfat. Size is not neseccarily an issue. I had been bulky the last few years and after starting to run half marathons last year, I felt it was time to change. I've dropped down from 205 lbs to 180ish lbs. I figure about 177 will get me to my target LBM and bodyfat percentage.
