Led the typical college life and started getting sick of it. Was active all my life until then and just had the desire to get back into something, so I joined the nearest gym and became addicted :)
Why I Love It:
Endorphins! It makes me feel amazing, and when I'm on track I love the transformations I feel and see in my bod!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have my NASM cert which is amazing motivation- who wants an out-of-shape personal trainer? I also have my own trainer who keeps me motivated.
How come I only write in here when I'm in a slump? Ha, go figure.
Well, I guess I'm not really in a slump, more of a work enforced break from working out. Work is so crazy right now that I'm working 12 hour days, the last 3 weeks I was working 10 hour days and was able to squeez in 3 days...
Monday - Lower Body -
Heavy weights, 5 circuits of 5-8 reps each exercise.
Squats, Deadlifts, Hack Squats, Leg Press, Leg Curl, Knee Extension, Lunges, Walking Lunges, Reverse Lunges, etc...
Tuesday - Upper Body & Abs - HIIT
Light weight, 15-20 reps of each exercise.
Stability...
I hear that. Same story but moved to Vegas for school then to Temecula for work but haven't gone back home yet. Everyone moves back eventualy. Good luck with you personal training and fitness goals. Hit me up any time.
Great to see a personal trainer practicing what they preach, that's kind of rare these days. NASM is the best cert as you probably know. Good Job. We share the hometown of Redlands.
My weekend was pretty good thank, how about you? I hear you on the overcrowded gyms. I go to the new LA Fitness here in Upland, the equiptment is great, but the crowds are unbearable. Do you do your personal training at 24 as well?
I played at the University of Nevada for two years and then trasfered to Cal Poly, SLO to finish my undergrad degree. I'm living in Upland now, not to far from Redlands. Which gym do you work out at? I hope you had a nice weekend!
Not sure yet. It's all up in the air! I don't really know anyone in So. Cal.. or how much it would cost to live there.. So i need to do some research. San Diego looks beautiful.. we'll see:)
Are you in school right now? I can't remember, or if you graduated already

Cheers for stoppin' by Sarah! Things are going alright I suppose. Although I'm going to be out of things for a while soon as I'll be getting a hernia op  Yeah, otherwise great LOL :D
How's you, you alright? Nice avi btw! :)
Oh man, I really wanna do one! I think next year I'll be in the right head space to do a comp, so I would love to! You would sooooo motivate me! I really fixed up a lot of my "carb-ophobia" this year myself. Anyway, I'll keep tabs on you and vice versa! Take care Sara! xxx.
hey! that was quick! :D everything is pretty good. i'm working a lot, i got transferred to a really GREAT gym, so I'm really happy. I think i'm definitely the fittest and strongest I've ever been, and since i said the same thing last year, that is awesome because I have improved at everything. Did you end up doing your competition? I really want to do one next year!
