Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of constantly improving my body. I also prefer tough personal goals, and bodybuilding allows me to constantly challenge myself no matter what my current level of fitness improves to.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music is my primary motivation. ..and looking in the mirror and saying "I want to change this, and this."
BB Accomplishments:
In the past 4 months I have lost 11%Body Fat. This summer I couldnt run 100feet without being out of breathe, I am currently at a 8-minute mile.

Goal (Long):
I have been doing physical fitness for years- doing the diet and workout and slimming down. 3 of the past 4 years I have had some major surgery that inevitably sets me back a few months.
(Drunk driver tried to remove a shoulder and 2yrs later at my last job I had an accident- tore my acl and dislocated my knee)
Long story short: Id fall off the wagon, eat garbage, stop exercise, and totally lose motivation.
...not anymore. I have committed myself and a career change to my fit life and I will be proud of my accomplishments everytime I look in the mirror.
