It's been about 1 week since I started training. I want more mass and muscle, esp my pecs.
I've been training for 3 weeks now. I've only been taking True Mass and NO-Xplode. Now going to add Cell Mass to the mix and see if anything happens.

Thanks for the kind words they keep me going. Like someone said you look a lot heavier than you are! Your upper body must be slightly bigger proportionately then your lower. Try and keep them in line as early as possible it's a nightmare trying to even things out later on! Good luck, you seem to be on the road to success - you have a plan and goals.

U have solid definition already. U look heavier than your stats with this pose. Strong shoulders, solid biceps andgood lats on the way. Impressive start and continued success.Keep ,us posted. André

Hey mate. You boast excellent definition and good shape already. With consistency of training, proper nutrition and rest, you will reach your goals before you know it. Good luck mate and all the best!
