How I Started:
When I was young, I was fat. I wanted to look like Steve Reeves--look strong and BE strong. Now, I just want to look and feel good. What more could one ask for?
Why I Love It:
It gives me control of my own destiny. You can have a car; someone may steal it. You can have a mate/friend; they may leave. In the long run, all you have is you.
How I Stay Motivated:
As I've gotten older, so many of my peers have let themselves go. I want to live a healthy and long life.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Probably doing close-grip benches and then doing overhead tri extensions. Sometimes I do the extensions first, sometimes I superset them with the benches, and in rare instances, I'll do a totally dif...more
