How I Started:
When I was young, I was fat. I wanted to look like Steve Reeves--look strong and BE strong. Now, I just want to look and feel good. What more could one ask for?
Why I Love It:
It gives me control of my own destiny. You can have a car; someone may steal it.
You can have a mate/friend; they may leave.
In the long run, all you have is you.
How I Stay Motivated:
As I've gotten older, so many of my peers have let themselves go. I want to live a healthy and long life.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Probably doing close-grip benches and then doing overhead tri extensions. Sometimes I do the extensions first, sometimes I superset them with the benches, and in rare instances, I'll do a totally different triceps workout. Thanks! When I read your reply, I laughed so hard, snot shot out of my nose! Of course I posted that thread for laughs, but as I'm sure you're aware,there's a grain of truth in the sarcasm! Maybe it will make some people think about what they consider as fact.
Thanks for the reps! Just trying to help a kid out. Too many big guys on this site forgeting that they were once 16 and skinny (not that I'm huge) but you get what I mean.
