I was at 250 pounds here - hating myself - next pic is me at 215
Started MMA training in June 2009 and super charged by workouts at the age 47 - have never felt this alive ever! I am not a BB and not hoping to compare to the Titans here, will fight hard! 215 pounds here
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My wife and kids all think I'm more patient... I feel like I have more capacity to handle crises.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
I focus more on my work and not rattled by changes in plan and direction.
As you might imagine it wasn't always so. I have always loved wrestling. I write about wrestling, muscle adventure, and men that are into men. I know lots of you men here are not into gay men. That's cool - follow who you are. I certainly am.

haha thanks man, all my tats have a reason for them , not to look cool, so it didnt hurt because its for my grandpa, i miss him more than anything in the world, so i wanted it so everytime i looked in the mirror i thought of him and it pushes me to go harder everytime i train thanks for noticing man, i dont think i have a way to look friendly anymore hahaha looking diesel yourself man
