I just began a program that focuses on 5 main areas over approx. 2 weeks: Chest, Back, Legs, Arms, and Shoulders.
Example:
Week 1:
Monday - Chest.
Wednesday - Back.
Friday - Legs.
Week 2:
Tuesday - Arms.
Thursday - Shoulders.
Saturday - Chest.
Week 3:
Monday - Back.
Wednesday - Legs.
Friday - Arms.
Week 4:
Tuesday - Shoulders.
Thursday - Chest.
Saturday - Back.
..... keep going with that pattern and bring in cardio/core as desired.
Hit each muscle group hard on the appropriate days and keep feed your muscles right!
