BB Accomplishments: none yet but I'm thinking of cracking the whip and training for a figure competition in Germany...so far nothing :(

I had just came back from Ireland and Spain...and you can see where the food and beer went!!!  I gotta say, when I saw this picture, I freaked. The definition in my quads has gone to hell and my disgusting diet is to blame. I gained 5 pounds within 2 weeks.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): It's not the clothes that make you look fat, it's the fat that makes you look fat!
Goal (Long): Get at LEAST 7 hours of sleep every night instead of 5. Actually eat clean 90% of the day if not more. Eat my vitamin every day. Go to the gym and the days I plan to go with purpose instead of every day with random workouts. I want to be proud of my body. I want to have 16-18% BF. I WILL have abs! Better yet, I WILL have an Overall Toned body.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 17%

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
i can't help but laugh. It sounds like their having dirty sex which makes it hard to concentrate on my workout.

I wear the crappiest clothes I can find so that guys find me unattractive and don't talk to me...except when i work out my upper body i wear a wife beater to see my muscles pop when i work out...

I would post this question on a forum except I don't know how! :S Anyway, This weekend, i had about 10 hours of sleep from Friday til last night. I had 4-5 cups of coffee throughout the day and still tried to go to the gym. Should I have stayed at home and rested? Or is it better to just keep...
