How I Started:
A freind of mine forced me into going to the gym with him. I wasn't strong on the idea and tought it was useless lifting weights over and over. I was more into aerobics and martial arts. But I gave it a try and fell in love with the sport.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of intense soreness the days folowing a hard workout. The idea that I have the ability to model my body to my liking. The discipline it takes. Everything about bodybuilding.
How I Stay Motivated:
I sets goals, (attainable one) and a deadline, and try everything I cn to reach them.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained around 60lbs of mass without drugs or other supplement than protein shakes, and good nutrition.
