Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

My older cousins and friends where into weights and alot of sports, i was skinny and seen movies of arnold and bruce lee & Rambo haha where they where big and ripped and they where unbeatable pretty much wanted to look like them, then as i got older girls would go for the athletic/good physique males no one would look at me beacause i was too small, matter in fact i was smaller than most females while at college when i was around 15! & it was a shame!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the feeling of pump, lifting weights and the whole dieting and training hard - the self discipline in bodybuilding is unbelivable and nothing compares to it! because you cheat or not 110% honest to your self & not satisfied with your workouts and know you could have went harder - your only lying to your self, there for your only limiting your OWN potential to becoming your best!

My Motivation Program

I dont, i have to go to the gym it's not a hobby or a sport for me it's a way of life. i must go to the gym i must train to stay sane! it's like home to me and i actually kind of get a home sick feeling if i've missed a session for any reason and actually start to get depressed and moody. I love it! and look forward to training from the moment i wake up, weights changed my life & brought out the best of me. but i must say Motivational video's and pre workouts just make me 200times more motivated on top of the 100% self motivation i already posses! =)
