Taming the beast within - Finish First 12 Week Transformation

          I feel my body aka natural beast, wanting to eat out and give in at family events. But just keep reminding yourself that this time right now is the time to tame that wild beast.


          Just keep a stuck up pride about you to resist those food temptations. I found that type of pride has worked in the past. I did the 12 week Kris Gethin transformation and lost 35 pounds in 8 weeks, but then gave in every weekend after that. You will loose all your progress every week if you eat on the weekend!   The chess board is endless and endless is what I am. Where ever I go I will walk through mud and have lame times in my life. But I am still in control. I am to gain confidence in areas I have no confidence in. I am the one in Faith, Action in all I do with where I go and who I am.

Back workout failure!

So today at the gym this morning, some guy was sitting on a back workout machine, putting his ass on the part where you hold onto. Doing crunches in the air... THERE ARE SEVERAL MACHINES FOR THAT!!! I just wanted to vent somewhere about that! morons at the gym! I also hate it when gyms don't fix there equipment! WTF its been broken for weeks! fix it! I felt like a hawk circling its prey just to get on this machine, but then someone else dives in and takes it, bloody hell! I gotta get my high later tonight now! .... anywho i'm fine, hah. I really need to start on a xtreme diet.. ok i'm good now...

This came to mind right away when you said that: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/supplement-time-timing-is-everything.html Creatine helps give energy and helps me stay focused. Everything else? details would be nice of what you mean. Zacharylp Hey bro thanks for the compliment, yeah I am there everyday. I usually keep my head down at the gym unless people come talk to me. dmtyrie Dude, you may have lost some fat but gained an equal amount of muscle, which would net in a total loss of zero pounds. This is not to say that you're not experiencing success, though. The true measurement is in inches. Have you measured your waist or the other parts of your body? Apr 18, 2011 9:00pm
