I see a lot of areas that need work.
Taken right after workout. Abs coming in but need more definition and less lard.

Still don't know if I'm doing this pose correctly. I see improvement in my shoulder to waist ratio. I'm about 190 in this pic.

Never posed like this before. I think my arms need about 2 more inches before I'll do this pose again.

Never tried this pose before. I've been focusing less on heavy weight and more on proper form. Chest still looks pretty full.

My arms still need more size. They're 17 inches pumped; I think I need them to be 18 inches pumped to get the look I want.
