My workout program is to combine powerlifting and bodybuilding. This type of training gives you great strength, muscle and mass. Ronnie Colemon did the same thing and he is eight time Mr. olympia.

My Bulking Nutrition Intake
My Macro Ratio is 60% carbs, 32% proteins, 20% fats. The type of foods I eat is old fashioned oatmeal, Brown Rice, Bananas, Sweet Corn, Brocoli, sirloin steak, Chicken Breast, Sausage Patty, Tilpa Fish, Egg Whites, Hydro Whey, CTP Whey Isolate, and Simple Sugars.
I eat these foods 5 days a week on my workout days and whatever I want on my off days.

The supplementals I currently take are All Max multi-vitamins, All Max omega-3(fish oils), 1st pharm M-facter multi-vitamins(off days), All Max whey isolate, Muscle FX hydro whey, 1st pharm ignition(simple sugars), All Max creatine, All Max glutamine and formally All Max Amino Core(intra workout).
