Goal (Long):
I want to get ripped and toned so i can look good and feel good. I used to be in good shape but slacked off over the years and developed a slab of flab. I'm tired of looking at it, and now I decided to get serious about getting rid of it. My goal is to get to about 8% body fat get a six pack by next spring early summer Lord willing. I have no problems gettin my arms and legs toned its my stomach that wont go down, hopefully I can finally maitain a healthy eatin habbit to achieve my short and long term goals.

i use to use vapor but the way i train, and all it would make me sick. i like N.O.Xpold, but when i do cardio i would be made light headed, lol but i liked it i was crunk as hell with it, and mix in LIL John beats i was killing em

Hey gurlie...Diet is key...w/o diet no matter what is done N the gym it won't show!! Just know that those abs are gone. Starting prep again in the next few weeks!!
