Still on a mission to build abs of STEEL, and turn my body into a W.O.M.D.
Goal (Long):
I want to get ripped and toned so i can look good and feel good. I used to be in good shape but slacked off over the years and developed a slab of flab. I'm tired of looking at it, and now I decided to get serious about getting rid of it. My goal is to get to about 8% body fat get a six pack by next spring early summer Lord willing. I have no problems gettin my arms and legs toned its my stomach that wont go down, hopefully I can finally maitain a healthy eatin habbit to achieve my short and long term goals.
I'll be first person to admit I am not a fan of running, but I know if I want to lose this flab I have to. But I finally found some good running music, so it makes it seem less boring and tedious, most of my running music consist or rap, mainly 2pac. 2pac makes great running music at least in...

Yes, like U - PATIENCE! I know the end product will be Good, but a whole bunch more hard work ahead. Starting (again) with step 1 - better eating habit. *smile*
Hey gurlie...Diet is key...w/o diet no matter what is done N the gym it won't show!! Just know that those abs are gone. Starting prep again in the next few weeks!!
